Pick one flood-prone farming county along a river you can drive to. Go to the local Farm Bureau or conservation district meeting and offer to install a free single node on 2-3 farms that flooded in the last few years, in exchange for feedback and a testimonial. When those farmers see a real SMS during the next high-water event, ask them to introduce you to neighbors on the same levee system, since a breach threatens all of them at once. Convert those neighbors first at a founding-customer seasonal price, then use one written case study ('this farm got 4 hours warning') to sell the next county through the extension office.
