Because Business Ideas Vault provides instant access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once premium access has been unlocked, as the content is delivered immediately.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access the content you paid for, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

Payment provider terms

Purchases may also be subject to the refund terms of our payment provider (e.g. Gumroad). Where their buyer protections are more generous, those apply.
